  • Got associated with an international non-governmental organization and anti-poverty agency named Action Aid, wherein I adopted some children for more than a year to provide for their financial and educational needs.

 

  • Co-led three support groups for adults battling various addictions, stress management and conflicting family demands.

 

  • Provided individual and group counselling to children, adolescents and adults with depression, anxiety, substance abuse, unemployment and lack of health insurance.

Workshops & In-Plant Trainings

  • Got selected for the Facebook Developers World Hack at Bangalore and developed an application for the same using Open Graph protocols and Facebook APIs.

 

  • Attended a workshop on Information Security and Ethical Hacking on 25th and 26th February 2012 organised by TechBharat in association with EC-Council.

 

  • Attended a workshop on Mobile Application Development at SRM Technologies Pvt Ltd, Bangalore as a part of industrial visit on 17th October, 2011.

 

  • Attended a workshop on Android Application & Development as an initiative of Indian Mobile Boot Camp (3 days) conducted by the instructors from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

 

  • Underwent in-plant training at Focus Tech Media Pvt Ltd, Chennai for a period of 15 days in June 2011 which involved understanding the basics of ‘Automatic Meter Reading System’.

  • Conceptualized, planned and directed technical and cultural events by coordinating with a team of more than 100 members to manage various levels of event operations like logistics, contracting, pricing, transportation, accommodations etc.

  • Was the Office Bearer Vice Head Boy of Senior Secondary School (2008-2009).

 

Extra Curricular Activities :

 

  • Secured 2nd Position in the event ‘Talkathon’ under the domain Literati in MILAN 11-A National Level Cultural Fest at SRM University.

 

  • Qualified as a finalist in the event ‘What’s the Good Word’ and ‘Break the Code’ in MILAN 11 and AARUUSH 12 at SRM University.
